Asta Armchair - Grey

Part of the chair was clearly damaged through the hole in the box it was in.

Great chair. Very comfortable!

Easy to put together, even with two littlies climbing around and exploring the packaging. A little difficult to line up the cover keyholes with the frame drilled holes but manageable.

The little bounce on the frame is very comfortable and easy to maintain with very little effort. The extra headrest cushion is a nice detail.

It's an excellent height back (I'm 174cm) but a little low to the ground overall. I was able to customise this with some screw-in bumpers from Bunnings, to raise it off the ground that little bit more. Also, having it on a hard surface keeps it that little bit higher, rather than it sinking into the carpet.

I like a very firm base cushion, so to improve this I buckled some woven straps around the seat frame (for extra support) and added a firmer cushion under the cover. This has made it the perfect height, firmness and comfort for those nursing sessions.

For the price of this chair I was very happy to make those little customised modifications.

Love the new addition if the Asta armchair to our small living area. Online order took longer than expected due to COVID 19. Was updated with emails on ETA.

Chair holds up well. Used as a nursing chair and then a gaming chair. Lasted 2.5 years before a break (we’d been rocking forward) so replaced it with the same chair again - very happy with comfort, look and price.
