Behind the Scenes: Shooting Our Outdoor Collection at Terra Cotta Villa

When it came to bringing our Holidays Made at Home campaign to life, we knew the setting had to embody that effortless summer escape feeling – somewhere sun-drenched, coastal and timelessly stylish. Enter Terra Cotta Villa, a Mediterranean-inspired oasis nestled in Brisbane, and the perfect backdrop for showcasing our new Outdoor Collection.

Distinctly coastal in spirit, Terra Cotta Villa captures the essence of holidays at home. Bathed in natural light, its warm neutral palette, natural stone finishes and breezy architecture instantly transport you to long, lazy afternoons spent by the sea. The home’s design balances timeless elegance with grounded simplicity – a look and feel we wanted to echo in our campaign.

For contrast, we styled the interior with mid-century inspired walnut finishes, rich chocolate tones and iconic striped accents. These elements brought depth and dimension to the villa’s airy palette, with soft curves and bold shapes layering a sense of modern design detail throughout the space.

Outdoors, we leaned into the Mediterranean spirit of relaxed entertaining. The new Mocka Outdoor Collection features earthy tones, curved silhouettes and muted fabric finishes — pieces designed for gathering, dining and unwinding under the sun. From alfresco lounges to dining sets, the range was styled to complement the villa’s natural textures and sun-kissed aesthetic, creating a seamless blend between home and holiday.
