My fine dining package was delivered damaged and some items were missing. The table top was damaged in one corner and I had originally ordered 6 chairs- items received were 5 bases and 7 pairs of legs. I then sent an email to the customer support who were very prompt in replying within 1 day to discuss replacements. I had the replacements within 2 weeks (I live in a rural area and in the time of COVID). Very happy with the package now it is all together. Would buy from Mocka again.
