Mocka Cots are designed and tested to ensure they comply with Australian & New Zealand safety standard AS/NZS 2172 and meet the requirements as set out in Consumer Goods Infant Products Safety & Information Standards 2024. Testing is carried out through specialist testing laboratories with the right skills, experience, and equipment to ensure cots comply with the mandatory standard.

Certified to the highest industry standard for safe sleeping, our Cots are approved by INPAA - Infant & Nursery Products Alliance of Australia. As Australia's safety authority on baby products, INPAA is committed to the promotion of infant safety. Due to different materials used, actual colour tone, markings and finishes will vary slightly between products within the Archie range. Cot Mattress sold separately. This cot has been designed and manufactured for use with a Mocka cot mattress which measures 130cm x 69cm x 10cm. For safety, it is important to only use a mattress of this size.

The highest mattress base level is suitable for newborns. The mattress base should be adjusted to the lowest level before the child can sit up.

We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including any rights in respect of faulty items). You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for an exchange or a full refund of the price you paid for the item), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.

  1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging). Packaging must be unopened.
  2. Shipping costs to return the product/s are at your own expense.
  3. 'Clearance' or 'Seconds' items cannot be returned.
  4. For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund Quilts/Duvets, Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Pet Beds or Mattresses for change of mind.

"After waiting months for this cot to arrive (purchased on preorder) I was quite let down by the quality when it arrived. I purchased the darker colour and the stain was uneven and basically non existent on the ends of the spindles and bottom rail. It was clearly sprayed with minimal stain. There was also a screw hole that wasn’t threaded correctly so we hard to do a bit of DIY to assemble the cot safely. I contacted customer service regarding the stain and thread multiple times but on all occasions they would not accept images for a complaint and asked for video instead. Both their online chat and customer service email address do not support videos being sent they just ignored my complaint."

So dissapointed

"So dissapointed with this cot. We put so much effort into the nursey and bought a couple of other natural wood items, that the cot in the advertised picture would have looked really nice with. Instead what we got was covered in a tacky yellow looking laquer that looks like a highschool wood work project. When I asked the Ai "customer service" about returning it, they said I had to pay for freight to a warehouse in QLD, and it had to be in an unopened box. . its pretty hard to tell the colour is rubbish without opening the box. To add further insult, they then offered to sell me another one with targeted marketing for $200 less The colour is not at all as advertised. It would look 1000x better if they didnt laquer it at all and just left it as the pine wood. If you dont care at all how it looks and you just want a cheapish cot. The quality of the build isnt too bad, so I guess the 1 star im forces to give it is justified. But if you want something that actually looks nice, this aint it. We ended up spending hours sanding the laquer off to and just painted it a different colour so our money wasnt completey wasted, but its not how we wanted the nursery to look"
