Spot clean only. Use mild diluted laundry liquid. Dry in shade away from heat and direct sunlight. Dry thoroughly before use. Do no immerse mattress in water. Do not dry clean. Vacuum using a light setting. Rotate mattress regularly. Use a mattress protector.

Returns/Refund: For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund mattresses for change of mind. Please ensure you select these products carefully before purchase This mattress is compatible with all of our Mocka queen beds Due to the nature of vacuum rolling there is a tolerance of 2cm to the dimensions of the mattress once fully expanded.
Please remove the mattress from all packaging within 72 hours of receipt to make sure it reaches its full potential.
Please give the mattress 72 hours to fully expand. It is recommended to leave the mattress without any sheets or bed linen on it for 24 hours after unboxing. This allows the mattress to fully expand and air out properly.

We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including any rights in respect of faulty items). You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for an exchange or a full refund of the price you paid for the item), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Queen Size Doesn't fit a Mocka queen size bed
"Honestly one of the worst delivery, product, and customer service experiences I’ve had. After weeks of delays, excuses, and constant chasing, my mattress finally arrived. By the time it turned up, I was already frustrated. Unfortunately, it got worse. The mattress is advertised as a queen, but it does not fit a queen Mocka bed frame. There are noticeable large gaps on all sides once placed in the frame. A queen mattress purchased from Mocka should fit a queen Mocka bed. This one does not. I followed all instructions. The mattress was unboxed within the required timeframe and left to fully expand for the recommended period. This is not an expansion issue. It is a sizing issue. Mocka’s website states that this mattress is compatible with all Mocka queen beds and that, due to vacuum rolling, there may be a tolerance of up to 2cm once fully expanded. The gaps around this mattress are far greater than that tolerance, and the product is clearly not compatible with a Mocka queen bed frame as advertised. Customer service has been slow and unhelpful throughout, and after raising this issue directly, I received no response. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have previously found Mocka’s customer service to be decent. That prior experience is why I felt confident spending a significant amount on a mattress without being able to try or see it in person. I was wrong. If you’re purchasing this mattress to use with a Mocka bed frame, be aware that it may not fit properly. I would not recommend this product or the experience that comes with it."
