We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including any rights in respect of faulty items). "Purchased the highchair harness for $24 and shipping was $22 from Christchurch. Absolutely crazy but I needed it for the safety of my grandson at 14mths. Company was inflexible and didn’t want to know or do anything about it because “this is their standard rate”. Not good enough in these times when customer service is paramount. Wont be revisiting this company"
