"Beautiful chairs but so difficult to assemble as the screw holes dont line up. I followed their assembly instructions at first, but couldnt get the screws in, so i assembled them screwing in the backs first. I had to force the metal legs into position to line up with screw holes, which were around 3 cm out. Took a lot of strength and a lot of time. I emailed customer service but no reply. I see others have had the same problem but nothing has been done about it."
