Gorgeous chair, but some sturdiness concerns

"The chair is gorgeous - we absolutely love the colour and overall design. I chose to pay a little extra expecting better quality, so it’s disappointing that it hasn’t quite lived up to that. My daughter (just turned one) loves to swing her legs, and I’ve found that the screws tend to loosen over time because of this, making the chair feel less sturdy. I’m having to regularly check and tighten them, which adds another task to an already busy mental load. For the price point, I expected it to feel more solid and low-maintenance so something to consider if you have a very active toddler who likes to move their legs a lot."

Form over function

"Pros - well-built, easy to assemble, made off good materials, easy to clean tray and looks nice. Summary - in hindsight probably should have gone for the cheaper, uglier, yet more functional option. Cons - tray is quite small and doesn’t have a hard lip so it’s easy for things to be pushed off, tray position isn’t adjustable, PU seat lining doesn’t extend to the other side which is the first place my toddler’s grubby hands go, the straps are useless and loosen it slip off easily, the height of the chair is too high to be used at a dining table without the tray."

"This high chair is not designed in Australia as the website claims. It is a dropship, which you can tell from the instructions which are written in terrible English (see attached photos). If you Google Baby Joy chair, the exact same chair is on Amazon. So if you care about Australian design, don't buy from this company!"

Stylish and sturdy highchair

"We purchased this highchair in the fern colour and have had it for around 5 months now. We’re very happy with it. It’s super stylish and easy to clean. I like that you can detach the tray, straps and cushioning to clean when needed. Just two areas which could be improved include the size of the tray which is a tad too small to fit my son’s plate so I can’t suction it on. And the quality of the cushioning which has started to peel. I would have expected this to last longer given the price point. Otherwise happy with our purchase."
