We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including any rights in respect of faulty items). "We love the look of our Osaka buffet and its a good size for practical storage. Instructions could use some minor tweaks and the unit must be assembled with extreme care to not damage the particle board. Some reviews commented on door alignment and I found that having the unit dead level fixed most alignment issues with no further adjustment. This required some packers beneath the little feet to take the twist out of the unit. Would be great if Mocka had this in the instructions. Quality is overall acceptable for the price point"

"I’m happy with the unit. A couple of things… 1. The instructions are fine but easy to miss little details. I had to take it apart as I put one panel in the wrong place and it meant the holes for the door hinge was wrong. Be nice if the instructions were more explicit. 2. It’s not an expensive unit so just be really careful when putting it together. The materials are a bit soft and it’s easy to over tighten screws or damage corners."

Very flimsy

"Unfortunately the cabinet did not live upto expectation. We put it together and in less than a week, the screws started unscrewing everytime the doors were open. This then happened to another door as well. We would screw it back on but it got to a point where it wasn’t able to hold it anymore."

Rubbish quality

"We bought the Osaka Buffet in the green, plus two sets of the Osaka bedside (one set walnut, one set brick) and every single piece has chips, fresh out of the box. We have emailed Mocka to request replacement draw fronts but of course they haven't responded. This stuff isn't cheap enough for the rubbish quality of the product."
