We strongly recommend that this product is permanently fixed to a wall or other suitable surface by a qualified tradesperson. Freestanding furniture can become unstable, especially when placed on carpet and may topple in certain events, such as an earthquake or if a child attempts to climb on the furniture.
We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including any rights in respect of faulty items). You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for an exchange or a full refund of the price you paid for the item), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.

"We purchased two of the Osaka 3 door units and pushed them together to give the look of a wall length custom cabinet. Honestly given us an amazing custom look for 1/4 the price. The quality is amazing, storage is perfect. Assembly was easy. So thrilled with this product."
"Like many of the 1 star reviews for both the natural and walnut colours, we found that the doors are not flush. Even after fixing and realigning them, we avoid opening them as they easily become misaligned again. When opening the doors, the bottom hinge completely comes off, despite being secure. One of the doors actually came off this way when a child opened it, and they certainly did not use excessive force. We ended up having to insert dowels and redrill the holes, which is something we should not have needed to do. We also had to purchase our own screws, as the ones provided were no longer fit for it. Overall, the product is off poor and cheap quality."
"Absolutely love this TV cabinet! It looks great, has plenty of storage and is much more spacious than I expected. It was fairly easy to put together and feels really sturdy once assembled. I love the look of it and especially love how it matches perfectly with my Osaka buffet. It’s stylish, practical and has really pulled the room together. Very happy with it and would definitely recommend!"
"Love our new entertainment unit. Only rated 4 stars as arrived with a missing piece, which meant it had to sit in the lounge half made up, which was annoying. New piece arrived in about a week, no extra charge, and now looks great in the lounge. Would recommend this piece of furniture."

"Allow extra time during assembly to get the cupboard doors to line up correctly, they’re very fiddly! Our delivery was left in the rain as there was no notification from the courier that it was out for delivery. This meant the unit was water damaged (no fault of Mocka). The Mocka team was very quick and helpful in getting a replacement sent out and we are very happy with it now it’s all set up."

"Hands down the worst piece of flat pack furniture I’ve ever bought + terrible customer service. This thing took me 5 hours to build and after almost 2/3 of the time spent trying to align the doors I gave up - they’re currently sitting misaligned to the unit and it looks terrible. I called Mocka to ask for a refund or to send someone to help align the doors and all they could do was send me an email with “tips and tricks” - after 5 frustrating hours this is the LAST THING a customer wants to be hearing. Either ensure your flat pack furniture is easy to build as it should be, or have a service available for customer!! I will never be purchasing from Mocka again and don’t recommend them to anyone."
