"The first two we ordered were damaged in transit and customer service was incredible at sending two new ones through. The fixtures provided don’t allow for the screw to be secured in the wall enough because the eyelets they fit into are recessed into the shelf too far. My partner is a chippy and got very frustrated trying to put the shelf up."
