Distance from floor to bottom of bunk - 19cm. Clearance space from the end of the ladder to the side of the bed - 45cm. Fits 2 x standard size single mattress - 189cm x 91cm (not included). The mattress height should not exceed 17cm. Top bunks are not recommended for children under the age of 9yrs. The first ladder rung is 52cm from the ground - in accordance with the mandatory safety standard.
