Gorg but disappointing drawers

"I purchased this this time last year for my first ever home. Seems that there is a reoccurring problem. The drawers constantly fall off the rails, and you need to repeatedly reposition them. . . but then they just fall again. I've tried to fix them, but its a never ending issue. seems that the left side is not aligned correctly (where the instructions tell you to screw in). I'm not one to generally leave bad reviews, but that has been my experience so far. Should've opted for a more sturdy alternative design"
