We aim to dispatch all orders from our Brisbane Warehouse on standard weekdays within 3 business days. Keep in mind these are estimated shipping times from when your order leaves our warehouse and shipping times may vary.
If you do have multiple items in your order, these may become separated in transit resulting in multiple deliveries to your home, to complete the order.
Below are our approximated delivery times, by region, once your order is dispatched:

QLD, NSW, VIC: 2-7 business days.
WA & NT: 6-12 business days
SA: 3-9 business days.
TAS: 5-10 business days.
In some cases, there may be delays, this could be caused by extreme weather conditions, or during holiday and peak periods. Remote, rural or regional deliveries, rely on local transport schedules.
You have the option of selecting "Authority to Leave" or ''Signature Preferred" at checkout.
If you happen to be unavailable at the time of delivery, rest assured that our couriers will take all necessary precautions. They will either secure the goods in a safe location, transport them to the nearest depot for your collection, or leave an "Attempted Delivery" card for your reference.
We do need to let you know that if your goods are being delivered to a multi-level building, they can only be delivered to the ground floor. Due to Health and Safety reasons, couriers cannot deliver goods up lifts or stairs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for packages that are removed, lost, stolen or damaged that were instructed to be left at an address.
Our delivery fees are determined by the specific product you've chosen and your intended delivery destination.
To get an accurate shipping quote, simply add your items to the shopping cart, enter your full delivery address and phone number during checkout, and the shipping charges will be displayed.
We understand timing can be a challenge and sometimes life is unpredictable. Unfortunately, we cannot hold orders in our warehouse to dispatch later.
Once an order is placed, we aim to have it dispatched within 3 business days, with standard shipping times applying thereafter.
If you will be away on holiday or in the process of moving house, etc. we'd advise to use an alternative delivery address.
We use a courier service who typically deliver between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. A specific delivery date or time is unable to be scheduled (or booked in) as deliveries are based on the courier’s schedule.
The couriers are not issued with work phones, so cannot call before or during the day of delivery and advise of a specific time for delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a separate email to confirm the dispatch and tracking for the delivery.
