Please remember to follow the manufacturer's instructions when assembling the highchair and follow these safety recommendations. Please do not leave children unattended. Most injuries from highchairs are caused by falls, so please ensure that the harness is fitted correctly and used at all times. Position the highchair away from solid structures and benches to avoid injuries caused by falls and by access to dangerous items.

The Mocka Soho Wooden Highchair - Natural is a highchair with a difference, the contemporary styling features a no tray design so that your little one can sit at the table with the rest of the family. Parents and caregivers love how easy it is to clean the Soho Wooden Highchair - Natural.
The simple design means that you won't be digging food out of nooks and crannies; a quick wipe down after a meal and you're done. As with many Mocka products, the Soho Wooden Highchair - Natural will grow with your child. The multiple seat heights and footrest heights mean that from 6 months to 6 years your little one won't need any other chair. While they are younger, a bar at stomach height and a between the legs strap helps keep them safe. The safety bar is easily removed as your child grows.
Please note the footboard must be inserted at least three rungs below the top metal rod. For the environmentally conscious you will be pleased to know that our highchairs are made from sustainable beech wood that is PEFC certified. Free set of black cushions included (handwash only).

We get it, sometimes you change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we have a Change of Mind Return Policy in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including any rights in respect of faulty items). You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving them (either for an exchange or a full refund of the price you paid for the item), provided you comply with the conditions listed below. Please note that original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.
- All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging). Packaging must be unopened.
- Shipping costs to return the product/s are at your own expense.
- 'Clearance' or 'Seconds' items cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund Quilts/Duvets, Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Pet Beds or Mattresses for change of mind.

Mocka is not required to accept Change of Mind Returns on items outside the specified return window or items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.
Important reminder that this Change of Mind Return Policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.

When a product is marked as a 'Pre-Order', this means that the product is not available for delivery right now, but you can pre-order it so that you receive it as soon as it is available.
We will clearly communicate the estimated dispatch date to you, so you can make an informed decision whether or not you want to pre-order.
You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send you your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.
