Great service with delivery during covid19, good quality furniture, easy instructions for ensembley. I would highly recommend any needing a starter for their babies room.
Very happy. Would give 5 stars but for 2 things:
1) The cot mattress wrapping said to use the included cutting tool, but there was no included cutting tool (scissors worked fine).
2) The cot base can be raised halfway up the cot, but that means the bolts which usually connect to the bottom of the side rails are visible, and don't bolt to anything. Would be nice if there a way to bolt the base to the side rails, or at least a plug for the holes!
It's good quality product and fast delivery and know parts missing or broken and I would use mocka again very happy with the service
Cot was great change table a pain in the *** to ensemble no way it could be done for a single mum or someone who's partner works away.
